Delete your HalfHeart account
You can delete your account and data at any time, straight from the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
In the app
- 1Open HalfHeart and sign in.
- 2Tap the profile icon at the top right.
- 3Tap Delete account and confirm.
What is deleted
Deleting your account immediately and permanently deletes:
- Your sign-in account and your profile
- Your garden, your flower shelf and all your bouquets
- Your pairing codes and notification tokens
- The shared heart with your partner, including all roses exchanged and your shared timeline
- Your partner’s bouquets, because they’re made from roses in your shared heart
What about my partner?
A shared heart can’t continue with only one half, so the roses and timeline are deleted for your partner too. Your partner keeps their own account and profile, receives a notification that your account was closed, and can pair again.
Backups
Deletion removes your data from our active databases straight away. Copies in Google’s internal backups and logs are deleted on Google’s normal schedule.
Can’t open the app?
Email us at support@lazybyte.in from the email address on your account and we’ll delete it for you. You can also reach LazyByte at lazybyte.in/contact.
